Return/Refund Policy

Eligibility for Return

  • Unopened and unused TENS units may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus any shipping fees.
  • Opened and used TENS units are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable due to health, hygiene, and safety concerns. This is in accordance with U.S. health regulations, which classify medical devices like the Pain Brain MD TEN Unit Wireless as personal care products once used.
  • Exceptions may apply if the unit is defective or malfunctioning upon arrival. In such cases, the product may be returned or exchanged after contacting customer support within the 30-day period.

Defective or Damaged Units:

  • If the TENS unit is defective or arrives damaged, customers can request a return, replacement, or full refund within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The unit must be sent back for inspection before a replacement or refund is issued.

Return Process:

  • Customers must contact our customer support to initiate the return process. A return authorization number will be provided along with detailed instructions.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the unit is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • Shipping fees and any handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to product damage or defect.

Exchanges:
For any defective units, customers may choose to exchange the product rather than receive a refund. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase.


Warranty:
We offer a 1-year warranty on all Pain Brain MD TENS Unit Wireless for manufacturing defects. This covers the repair or replacement of defective parts. Warranty claims must be made directly through customer service with proof of purchase.
